1. Choose the Type of instance module on which the page will be based.
2. Include it in a Category to keep the site structure organized (optional).
3. Give the page (instance module) a name; also used in the nav menu if linked in it.
4. Add the page in the nav menu or in future drop menus; you can do this later (optional).
